Shipping within United Kingdom

X Rocker offers next day delivery within the UK through a courier service. Delivery times may vary based on your location, the time in which the order was placed, weather conditions, and various other factors.

  • All X Rocker Gaming chairs will be shipped via a next day APC courier service for no extra charge.
  • The Next day shipping applies from the date of dispatch
  • This courier service is provided on a Monday-Friday basis and a signature will be required upon receiving the item
  • Please note for the Insomnia sale period, all orders will be processed after the August Bank Holiday Weekend due to staff availability.

Shipping outside of the United Kingdom

X Rocker UK does not currently ship products internationally. However, our products are available globally. Please contact our Customer Care to learn more.

Repair and/or Replacement:

We spend hours perfecting our products to make sure that there are no issues. Even so, we understand that mistakes happen. Please inspect your product immediately upon arrival. If you notice any damaged or missing parts, please contact Customer Service at 01274 683 109 or service@xrockernation.co.uk between 9am and 5pm (GMT) Monday through Friday to speak with one of our support staff members in the United Kingdom.

REPAIR AND/OR REPLACEMENT, AS PROVIDED UNDER WARRANTY, IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER. ACE BAYOU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE LENGTH OF THIS WARRANTY.
