Return Policy

Not fully satisfied with your purchase? X Rocker will accept returns within 30 days after delivery for Standard Shipping items. Unless the product is defective, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees and any restocking fee associated with returns.

Contact Customer Service at 01274 683 109 or between 9am and 5pm (GMT) Monday through Friday to receive a return authorization number and our shipping address. Products shipped to X Rocker without a return authorization number will not be accepted. To be eligible for a refund, X Rocker must receive the product in the original packaging without any damage or missing pieces. Once the return has been processed, your refund will be credited into your account.

What to do if you change your mind about a product that you have purchased


  • Customers can return products that are still sealed and in unused, resalable condition within 14 days of the delivery date. To arrange this, please contact within the 14 days to initiate the return.
  • Customers MUST contact XRockernation before returning a product, we will not be held responsible for any unsolicited returns
  • Shipping costs for change of mind returns are the sole responsibility of the customer
  • Due to hygiene and handling reasons, we are unable to accept a change of mind return for a product that has been opened.
  • A proof of postage (at no extra cost to you) is advised for any products that are shipped back to us.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights
  • If the item ordered is not the same as what you have received then this would need to have been checked beforehand, all X Rocker products are titled on the box and if this does not match up with what you have ordered then contact us at before opening.



What to do in case of a suspected fault


  • Contact us at or 01274 683 109 with details of the fault, XRockernation order number and address so that we can assist. #
  • As part of our service we can send out replacement parts and provide technical assistance remotely.
  • Full product replacements and replacements can be provided as part of your warranty of up to 12 months from the purchase date of the product
  • After the 12-month warranty period, replacement parts are still able to be offered, however this would be for purchase.
  • We are only able to offer full replacement chairs to customers that have purchased from the XRockernation UK shop. Replacement product fulfilment for other retailers are the sole responsibility of the retailer that the customer has purchased from, however spare parts are still offered as normal through the above contact details.
  • A proof of postage (at no extra cost to you) is advised for any products that are shipped back to us.
  • ALL DAMAGED OR MISSING PARTS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE. This warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship in this product but DOES NOT COVER the following:
  1. Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:
    1. Acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper installation, maintenance or operation, or failure to follow the instructions contained in this owner’s manual.
    2. Any damage in the shipment of products. (Claims must be presented to the carrier).
    3. Repair, attempted repair, or modifications by anyone other than the Ace Bayou Service Center.
  2. Any unit which has been modified or attempted to be modified or altered in anyway.
  3. Normal wear and periodic maintenance.
  4. Any unit used for industrial or commercial purposes (including rental).
  5. Products sold AS IS or WITH ALL FAULTS, or consumables (such as fuses, batteries, etc.).
  6. Customer installation, set up adjustments, or signal reception problems.
